PayPal sometimes holds a payment (for example an eCheck). Your purchase activates by itself when PayPal clears it; you'll get an email.

Use the link in any listing email, or sign in to your library. Edits go live within 5 minutes after an automatic check. Renewals extend from your current end date. Removing a listing is immediate and not refunded.

Listings are hidden automatically when readers on three different networks report them, or when your website fails our daily check for 14 days in a row. Your paid time pauses. Edit or confirm your listing from the email we sent to restore it.

Digital purchases are final, with automatic exceptions for failed deliveries and duplicate payments. See the refund policy.
